Give a girl a hearty Italian meal and she will happily feed herself for a day.
But give her a day of learning to cook that meal, alongside talented Italian cook Valentina Harris and fun fellow pupils, as well as excellent Italian wine and she will happily feed herself and all her friends for many gourmet evenings to come.
I spent a wonderful day cooking at the Bertinet Kitchen in Bath with Valentina, followed by a special dinner, where we feasted on everything that we cooked.
And we are sharing the recipes for some of the dishes, including her decadent King prawn Risotto in Italia 105, on sale 18th July.
