“Attached is a photo taken in Piazza del Popolo, Rome last week (around April 2013). I had just been in to visit the famous Augustine church of Santa Maria del Popolo to view Caravaggio’s pictures. When I left, I could not help thinking that this little boy and girl were probably thinking that their art was just as good as the masterpieces housed behind them.”
