About 300 metres from the beach, in an historic and unique context, there is a noble, century-old tower with fabulous views over Favignana and Erice. The villa dates from around 1900 but was renovated in 2010.
The private entrance leads to a spacious and cosy living room adorned with a spectacular semi-circular stone vault. An internal staircase leads upstairs, where there is a kitchen, a dining room and a beautiful bedroom; on this floor there are also utility rooms and a storage room.
The total area is about 150 sqm, plus 80 sqm of terrace, which is accessed via a staircase and enjoys a wonderful view over the nature reserve of Stagnone. The lagoon was formed relatively recently (it did not exist at the time of the Phoenician colonisation of Mozia) as a result of sand movements due to undercurrents.
All amenities – shops, schools, banks and other services – are just 1km away.
